How can I sign up for an account?
To sign up as a sponsor go to the 'Sign Up' link found in the top menu. Select an item and level and click the 'SIGN UP' button. Fill out all the fields, write down your username and password for future reference, choose the best payment gateway and follow the steps to finish the process. To sign up as a visitor, go to the 'Sign up | Login' link found in the top menu, fill out all fields and click 'Create Account'.
How does the "Sign me in automatically" work?
The "Sign me in automatically" is optional, it saves your username and password on your computer and every time you access the page you will be automatically logged in.
What happens if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, please click on the 'Forgot your Password?' link on the front of the directory or on the sponsor login page. The password recovery email will be sent to the email address provided from your Contact Information. The email will contain a link that will redirect the user to the 'Manage Account' section, where the password can be updated.
How can I change my password?
After you are logged in click on the 'Account Settings' link. You will see the "Current Password" field. Type your current password in this field and your new password in the fields "Password" and "Retype Password” and then hit the submit button.
Am I required to have an account to add content to the site?
Yes. In order to add any content, including free items to the directory, you must have an account.
Why am I receiving an 'Account Locked' message?
For security reasons, if you attempt to access your account and type in an incorrect password 5 times the account will automatically lock for 1 hour.
Can I have more than one listing in the directory?
Yes. This directory is dedicated to all schools and learning organizations. If you have more than one location where your classes are held, you may have a directory entry for each location.
What if my information changes?
Once you claim ownership of a directory listing, it is your responsibility to keep the information updated.
How do I register for a class/school that is listed?
This site is only a directory. If you are interested in a class/school, you will need to contact them directly for registration.
Do my listings expire?
No. Once you add a listing, or confirm ownership of an existing listing, it will remain on the list until you delete it.
Is there a fee to have a listing in this directory?
No. This is a free service meant to educate and inspire new and existing jewelry professionals.
Can I enhance my listing for better viability?
Yes. While Rio Grande does not maintain any posts, we are happy to share with you some of the SEO strategies that we employ. These include using keywords and categories, posting clean images and relatable videos, providing accessible contact information and managing the posts often.
How can visitors find my posts?
Visitors can use the search box on the homepage to find content related to their needs. Adding any relevant keywords and material will make your posts more visible.
